Two people were injured in an accident this morning at the American Silica Plant located just outside of Black Rock. Authorities say that the two were injured when a concrete form collapsed while they were pouring concrete at the facility. One person suffered a broken leg the other suffered a back injury. Ambulances and the Black Rock Fire Department responded to the scene. The accident happened around 7:45 this morning and no names have been released at this time.
