Officers with Troop G of the Missouri highway patrol are reporting two felony arrested last night. Just before 10 last night, 54 year old Terry Arvin of Summersville was arrested on 3 felony counts of second degree assault and for careless and imprudent driving. He was taken to Texas County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold. Then around 10:30 they arrested 19 year old Royce Swann of Elk Creek for felony possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana, meth, felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to register a motor vehicle. He was cited and released.
