West Plains Man Charged with Break-In at Courthouse

A West Plains man, who broke into the Howell County Court House has been charged with 4 felonies. Jason Gargione  is accused of breaking into the courthouse and setting a fire in the Howell County Prosecuting attorney’s office. Authorities say he also damaged computers and office equipment. Gargione was arrested twice in May on charges ranging from domestic assault and possession of a controlled substance to receiving stolen property. His bond is set at $50,000.
