A man who ran from the Arkansas State Police last December has pled guilty to charges stemming from that incident. 29 year old Timothy Mark Floyd entered the plea in Baxter County Circuit court last week. Floyd was charged with various drug crimes as well as fleeing on foot. He was sentenced to 5 years probation.
