Man From Camp sentenced to 6 Years Supervised Probation

A man from Camp Arkansas  has been sentenced to 6 years supervised probation in connection with a violent domestic dispute last October.  20 year old Devon Micheal White was arrested after a domestic dispute escalated with a female requiring medical attention, and White attempting suicide by taking several pills and drinking bleach and other cleaning items.  The sentence came Wednesday in Marion County Circuit Court following a negotiated plea to felony charges of aggravated assault and terroristic threatening.

Under the terms of the plea agreement and statement filed Monday, White was ordered by Judge John Putman to undergo a screening for anger management, mental health and drug and alcohol abuse.
