A rural Mountain Home woman was arrested Monday evening for chasing a man with a knife. 34 year old Victoria Lynn Carpenter was arrested after authorities received a call of a woman standing in the middle of the highway armed with a knife.. Carpenter refused to provide an explanation for her conduct. She is charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. She is being held on $15,000 bond and will be in court July 12th.
