Authorities have confiscated drugs and drug paraphernalia in a traffic stop in Licking. 31 year old Timothy Miller of Kansas City was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
