Yesterday we heard from some of the speakers from Monday night economic development meeting and today we continue to hear from the meeting. Sam Currier talked to the large crowd of concerned citizens about South Central Council of Government, of which he is a board member.
There was a lot of discussion about the grants and Oregon County Presiding Commissioner Patrick Ledgerwood told the crowd that Oregon County was no longer a member of SCOCOG.
Kerry Stewart who is a member of the EDC in West Plains also talked to the crowd
