A Warrant has been issued for a West Plains Man accused of assaulting his wife. 25 year old Taylor Scott Wilcox allegedly grabbed his wife by her neck several times and squeezed until she said she heard something pop. Wilcox is charged with 2nd degree domestic assault, and stealing a controlled substance. His bond as set at $4,500. Wilcox is also waiting to go to trial on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and 3rd degree domestic assault.
