For the second time in just over a month a Mountain Home Teen has been arrested on felony drug charges. 18 year old Jonathan Smith was arrested Tuesday after a motorcycle chase led authorities to a grow operation. Smith is charged with felony counts of simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm and possession of a controlled substance meth. He was also cited with misdemeanor charges of no insurance, driving without a license and improper use of evidence of registration.
