A West Plains Man who is accused of setting a fire in the Howell County Prosecutor’s office has now been charged with felony first degree property damage. 37 year old Jason Wayne Gargione allegedly punctured tires on four vehicles and damaged paint on one. In June Gargione allegedly kicked in the east door to the courthouse and set fire to documents on the desk of the Assistant prosecuting attorney. His original bail was set at $50,000 but has been increased to $100,000.
