Two Licking residents were killed in an accident south of Laddonia in eastern Missouri. According to reports, 75 year old Douglas Turner and 72 year old Helen Turner both were killed when a car hit a sport utility vehicle head-on as the SUV was attempting to pass a tractor trailer. The SUV was pushed into the tractor trailer. A Passenger in the car 18 year old Kyreoin Glispie was also killed in the accident. The driver of the car who was not indentified in the report was seriously injured, The driver of the truck was nor injured. The accident happened on U.S 54 about 2 miles south of Laddonia.
