A West Plains man faces three felony charges after he allegedly hit another man with a baseball bat. 47 year old Rollin Bratcher is charged with 1st degree assault or attempted assault with serious injury or special victim, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon. The Victim was treated at an area hospital and held overnight for observation.
