The Heart of the Ozarks Heart continues tonight at the Fairgrounds in West Plains. At 6pm they will have their annual Livestock Auction. The carnival also starts at 6 and goes until 11, armbands are available. The at 8 they will have a BOA Bull Buck. ECommunications will broadcast from the fair from 6-8.
