The IFAF Under 19 World Championship Tournament is underway in Mexico City, Mexico. The USA team opened with a dominating win over Australia 38-0. They will play the Host Mexico Wednesday. West Plains High School Graduate Dugan Kelly is a Starting Guard on the offensive line. Kelly recently signed a letter of intent to play next season at Quincy College.
