A West Plains woman faces second degree domestic assault charges after she assaulted her ex-boyfriend. According to reports 57 year old Pamela Castle allegedly grabbed her ex-boyfriend by the neck, threw him to the ground and punched him in the face. Castle is set to be arraigned August 18th.
