A man from Caulfield was injured in a one vehicle accident east of Caulfield Saturday evening. The Highway patrol says that 60 year old Clyde Ream suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the road and hit a tree. Ream was taken to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains. He also was charged with misdemeanor DWI, driving while revoked, failure to register, no insurance and no seat belt. The accident happened on U.S 160 about a mile east of Caulfield.
