A Former West Plains Resident has been arrested in Christian County on Charges of sexually assaulting a child. 41 year old Brian Russell Biggers was arrested Monday. According to reports Biggers was charged with 2 counts of statutory sodomy and 1 count of statutory rape. The charges were brought against him after authorities interviewed a victim in Ozark, about an incident there and who also told them she had been sexually assaulted several times at a home in West Plains. Biggers is being held on $50,000 bond
