The Oregon County Sheriff’s Department gives us an update of arrests made last week, among those arrested was 29 year old Breanna Eubank of Alton. She was arrested on a Lincoln County Warrant and was transferred to Lincoln County. 28 year old Mark Foster of Alton was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, He posted $4,900 bond. 38 year old Brian Smith of Mammoth Spring was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $831. 33 year old Jacob Birmingham of Alton was arrested on a warrant for driving while revoked/suspended, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner and failure to register a motor vehicle. He was released on an O.R ordered by the court.
