A Howell County Woman was arrested after a search warrant was served at a residence in Howell County and authorities seized a large quantity of drugs and cash. Shirley Hicks was arrested Wednesday and charged with felony 2nd degree trafficking drugs, felony maintaining a public nuisance, 5 counts of felony unlawful possession of a weapon and a felony controlled substance. Hicks arrested came after authorities found about 15 pounds of meth, 10 firearms, and around $20,000 cash. Hicks is free after posting $100,000 bond. The Serach warrant was executed by the Howell County Sheriff’s Office Swat Team, west Plains Police, and Missouri state Highway Patrol.
