Attorney Seeking Death Penalty For Pocahontas Man

Prosecutors are saying that they will seek the death penalty for a Pocahontas man accused of murdering his grandparents.  25 year old Nicholaus David Patterson was in court yesterday and prosecuting Attorney Henry Boyce formally charged Patterson with two counts of capital murder, and said that he would seek the death penalty. Patterson is accused of killing his grandparents, Ricky and Rita Bozwell on July 10 at their home in Pocahontas.
