A man from Bakersfield has been charged with sexually assaulting a family member at a Branson Hotel. 45 year old Warren Ashley Price was charged with felony first degree sodomy and incest. He was arrested in Taney County and released on $50,000 bond. A probable cause statement submitted by Branson Police reported Price had deviate sexual intercourse with the alleged victim, who was incapacitated, incapable of consent or lacked the capacity to consent. They reported the girl awoke during the assault, struck Price on the head and yelled at him, waking her mother and a sibling, who were sleeping in the same room. Price is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Sept. 4 in Taney County.
