A Mountain Home man has been arrested for stealing a relatives truck and on other warrants. 23 year old Joseph William Rowden was arrested after he allegedly took a relatives truck without permission. Rowden has 4 felony convictions and one pending and is charged with 1 felony count of theft of property, enhanced penalty for being a habitual offender, 2 counts of non-payment of fines and failure to appear.
