A Civil Lawsuit against, several Law Enforcement Agencies, Cities and Sharp County has been moved to Federal Court In Little Rock. The case is set for June of 2019. The lawsuit is regarding an alleged use of excessive force by officers in an incident in November of 2016, which allegedly injured Randall Veazie of Ash Flat. A Cherokee Village Officer, Joshua Trivett was arrested earlier this week in connection with the incident.
