Authorities in Fulton and Oregon Counties continue to search for 30 year old James Monroe Smith. Smith has been on the run since a Friday morning altercation with Fulton County Sheriff’s Department. He is described as 5’8 tall, weighing 173 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
