Ozark County Sheriff Darrin Reed has announced through social media that he will not seek Re-Election as Sheriff. Sheriff Reed said that he has no plans at this time but after praying on it and talking to his family decided not to seek re-election. The Sheriff said it was a tough decision. He says that he believes that the Sheriff’s Department has made strong headways to make Ozark County a safer place to live. He also said that it has been an honor and blessing to serve the citizens of Ozark County.
