The Izard County Sheriff’s Department is reporting three arrests. 19 year old Dawson Ray Clark of Horseshoe Bend was arrested for 1st degree terroristic threatening, 1st degree forgery, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held on $1,000 cash Bond. 36 year old Jennifer Estalle Steward of Horseshoe Bend was arrested for 3rd degree domestic battery and disorderly conduct. Steward is being held in Izard County Detention Center without bond. 31 year old Kelly Nicole Moore of Flippin was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, and failure to appear. She is being held in Izard County Detention Center on $1,630 bond.
