A man from Licking has been arrested in connection with an incident at the Deer Lick Park. 29 year old Wilford “Willy” Storm is charged with third degree assault and resisting or interfering with an arrest for a felony. Officers responded to a call to the park for a man who was touching people and children and for a fight. When they arrived a group of people were fighting and Mr Storm began running away. Authorities found Storm hiding behind a fence in the edge of a field behind the park. Storm ran again but was eventually caught. Storm’s bond was set at $250,000.
