A West Plains Bail Bondsman has been charged with domestic assault. 34 year old Bobby Ray Roberts was charged with second degree domestic assault and armed criminal action after he allegedly pointed a gun at his wife and threatened to kill her, then himself. He also is accused of assaulting his wife and holding her captive for almost 13 hours. He has been released on $50,000 bail.
