The St. Louis Cardinals couldn’t complete the sweep of the Brewers yesterday, losing 2-1 at Busch Stadium. Patrick Wisdom had a pinch hit home run for the Cards only run of the afternoon. Mike Moustakis had a 2 run double in the 3rd to tally the only runs for the Brewers.
The Redbird make a west coast swing starting tonight in Los Angeles with the Dodgers.
After the weekend, the Cards are ½ a game out of the Wild card, and 4 back in the NL Central.
