The Kansas City Royals blew a 6 run lead at Chicago yesterday and lost to the White Sox 7-6. Ryan O’Hearn, Whit Merrifield and Alex Gordon all homered in the 2nd to stake the Royals to a 6-0 lead, but Heath Fillmyer gave up 3 home runs in the 4th to let the Sox tie the score. Chicago goes on for the win. KC will open a series at Tampa Bay tonight.
