Two Seymour residents were arrested Monday in Douglas County on felony drug charges. 43 year old Richard Emerick and 48 year old Brian Pierce are both charged with felony possession of a controlled substance meth, Emerick is also charged with traffic violations for no valid operators license and no valid registration. Both were arrested by the Highway Patrol Monday afternoon and were taken to Douglas County jail and then released.
