Authorities in Independence County still continue to search for a woman that was reported missing back in July. 37 year old Brooke Allensworth was last seen in the Newark/Oil Trough area. Her vehicle was found abandoned near the White River at Oil Trough. Authorities sat she apparently had a flat tire and had pulled off the road near a bridge. Her car doors were locked. The sheriff’s department is working with the Arkansas State Police on the case.
