The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports a couple of arrest on Monday. 30 year old Amy Nicole Bartelt-Poyner of Thayer was arrested Monday morning at Thayer PD on a charge of probation violation on a conviction of distributing a controlled substance. She is being held without bail. 29 year old William Eugene Roberts of West Plains was arrested Monday afternoon on a charge of 3rd degree assault. He was released on $4,500 bond
