A Mountain Home man was killed Wednesday morning on the Calico Rock School Campus. 48 year old Steve Allen was a sanitation employee and was killed when a dumpster fell on him while he was emptying it into his truck. Allen was an employee for Methvin Sanitation. The accident happened around 10 Wednesday morning, a school employee found Allen unconscious when she went to break. Students were instructed to use another playground during recess to avoid the area. The incident remains under investigation but no foul play is suspected.
