A man from Waynesville was injured and Houston Missouri resident arrested following a two vehicle accident Wednesday morning in Raymondville. 74 year old Delbert Skaggs suffered moderate injuries when a vehicle driven by 31 year old Matthew Ramsey failed to stop at a stop sign and hit the vehicle Skaggs was driving. Skaggs was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. Ramsey was arrested for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner resulting in a vehicle crash, failure to stop at a stop sign, no insurance and no seat belt. Ramsey was taken to Texas County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
