A woman from Alton accused of murder will be in court in a couple of weeks. Cynthia Willman will have her pre-trial hearing at 9am September 4th , the trial will start the next day. Willman is accused of the June 2017 death of 44 year old George Campbell Willman is charged with second degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
