A West Plains man was injured in an accident Sunday night north of West Plains. 61 year old Aaron Thomas suffered serious injuries when he drove off the road and hit a tree. thomas was flown to Cox Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened on Rt BB about 4 miles north of West Plains. Thomas was also charged with driving while intoxicated.
Two people were injured in a one vehicle accident Saturday afternoon in Wright County. The Highway Patrol says that 16 year old Ashton Contreras of Norwood and 16 year old Jordanne Davidson both suffered moderate injuries when Davidson failed to maintain the right half of the roadway, traveled off the rpoad and hit a ditch, a fence and a tree, The accident happened on Cherokee Road about a half mile east of Norwood.
A man from Doniphan suffered moderate injuries in a one vehicle accident early Sunday morning south of Doniphan. 20 year old Allen Martin was injured when he drove off the road and overturned the vehicle he was driving, The accident happened on highway 21 about 6 miles south of Doniphan.
A Ava man was injured in a motorcycle accident Sunday morning in Pulaski County. 40 year old Larry Boin suffered moderate injuries when he lost control of the motorcycle and drove off the road. Boin was taken to Phelps County Hospital. The accident happened on I44 at the 156 mile marker.
