A Baxter County woman who has faced 10 felony drug charges over the last 18 years, has been sentenced to prison for the first time. 53 year old Rebecca Martin allegedly admitted to a judge that she violated terms of her probation by failing three drug test this year. As a result, Martin will spend one year in the Community Correction Center. Once she is released from the facility she will still be on probation. Martin now has a search waiver on file, meaning that law enforcement can search her, her home or vehicle with a warrant.
