The Fulton County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of several people on felony charges.
40 year old Gary Gray of Mammoth Spring was arrested for felony maintaining a drug premises, felony unlawful use of a communication device, felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of controlled substance with purpose to deliver meth, felony use or possession with the purpose to use drug paraphernalia, use of possession of drug paraphernalia and felony simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
37 year old Marisa Beard was charged with DWI drugs, driving left of center, careless and prohibited driving, endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to ingest meth, implied consent, driving on a suspended drivers license.
32 year Jamie Boyd is charged with first degree endangering the welfare of a minor, driving while license suspended, improper use of evidence of registration, no proof of insurance, child passenger restraint requirements, careless or prohibited driving and DWI.
59 year old Richard jones of Salem has been charged with felony petition to revoke probation.
