A Cabool man has been sentenced on statutory sodomy charges. 57 year old Roberto Rivera Candanoza was in court in Phelps county on a change of venue and entered a guilty plea. Candanoza was facing felony charges of statutory sodomy involving a person less than 10 years old. He was sentenced to 20 years in Prison.
