A Texas County man faces three felony assault charges. 27 year old Zachary Smith is charged with 2 counts of second-degree domestic assault and one count of third degree assault. Smith allegedly assaulted three members of his girlfriend’s family at a residence on Malberg Road in Cabool. Smith’s bond was set at $250,000.
