A Cave City man who fought with an ambulance E.M.T has been charged with felony battery. According to a court affidavit 40 year old Shannon Wayne Clark was confronted at Home Depot in Batesville for allegedly trying to steal merchandise. Police were called to the store saying a man was on the floor bleeding , Vital link ambulance was also dispatched, and the ambulance worker was attempting to treat Clark when he became combative throwing her to the ground. When officers arrived he fought with them kicking an officer in the stomach. Clark is being held in Independence County jail with bond set at $30,000
