A man has been arrested in the Sturkie area after authorities received reports of two men throwing rocks and cussing at citizens. Officers from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office and the 16th Judicial Drug Task Force arrested 32 year old Robert Stigall on multiple felony charges including being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance meth, and use or possession to use drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $10,000. The Name of the second man has not been released.
