A Willow Springs woman was arrested on drug charges. 39 year old Leann Michelle Daugherty, is charged with felony delivery of controlled substance and keeping or maintaining a public nuisance. Daugherty was arrested after allegedly selling meth near the Mtn View elementary School. She also allegedly admitted to police that she had drugs in her boots.
