Two people have been arrested after they were found asleep in a stolen vehicle. 32 y6ear old Louis Hicks of Gassville and 28 year old Ashley Taylor of Flippin were both arrested. Hicks and Taylor were both charged with felony theft by receiving. Bond was set at $20,000 each.
