A Thayer woman has been arrested after three children tested positive of Amphetamine and Methamphetamine. Amy Poyner was arrested last Friday in West Plains, she is charged with felony first degree endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of felony first degree endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs. Her bond was set at $25,000
