The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports four arrest. 30 year old Martin Valdez of Southhaven Mississippi was arrested of a charge of unlawful use of a weapon. He was released on $4,500 bond. 43 year old Samuel Lee Pyatt of West Plains was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, he was released on $3,500 bond. 30 year old Dustin Allen Bennett of Peace Valley was arrested for failure to appear on charge of non-support, Texas County charge of failure to use seatbelt, and West Plains charge of failure to appear on charges of driving while revoked and failure to provide proof of insurance. Bond was set at $9,105. 36 year old Brandi Rochelle Morgan of Pomona was arrested on a Texas County charge of failure to appear for non support and a Carroll County charge of non support. Bond was set at $8,000.
