A Midway man has been arrested on drug charges. 55 year old Charles Bazata Jr was arrested after he allegedly ingested an ounce of meth when officers arrived to question him. Bazata was charged with a felony count of possession of a schedule 1 controlled substance meth, and a misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $5,000.
