The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports 6 arrest. 45 year old Clinton Ray Highfield of Pomona was arrested on a charge of stealing a motor vehicle and for being a parole absconder. 55 year old Randy Gene Hayes of West Plains was arrested for failure to appear on charges of failure to provide proof of insurance, failure to display a current license plate and for leaving the scene of an accident. 33 year old Brandi Nicole Spicer of West Plains was arrested for failure to appear for trespassing. 19 year old Arella Bell of West Plains was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey an officer. 32 year old Ashley Nicole Osgood of West Plains was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of defective equipment, failure to display a current state license plate and a charge of stealing. 26 year old Brittany Jolene Langreth of West Plains was arrested on a charge of driving while revoked/suspended.
